Maggi Newell

CEO & Transaction Manager

Maggi Newell, CEO & Transaction Manager of Brandir Services, has over 20 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry specializing in Transaction Coordination & Client Services. She founded Brandir Services in 2009 and has since assisted numerous clients with their real estate transactions.

Maggi brings a wealth of industry knowledge and professionalism to each transaction. She prides herself in being available, extremely organized, highly efficient and proactive in all assignments. With a team of six, Maggi assists, guides and ensures that all interactions with Brandir Services are handled with professionalism, efficiency and above all, accuracy. She currently holds her license as a Real Estate Broker in California & Washington and is also a Certified CAR Forms Trainer.

When she's not working, you can find Maggi spending time in Olympia, Washington with her husband and three beautiful daughters.

Kari Altman

Transaction Coordinator

Kari Altman, Transaction Coordinator with Brandir Services joined the team in 2013. In every transaction, Kari goes above and beyond ensuring that every file is handled with a high level of efficiency and accuracy. She consistently manages a high-volume level and exceeds client expectations. Kari approaches each transaction with a calm, systematic approach, which makes her indispensable to all transactions.

A Dodger fan, mother of three, Kari spends most of her free time with her family in Santa Clarita.

Gabby de la Vega

Transaction Coordinator
& Business Manager

Joining the team in 2019 as an assistant TC, Gabrielle de la Vega has since graduated to handling her own book of clients as well as managing our back office, marketing, and business building responsibilities. Gabby is an excellent TC with high levels of motivation, efficiency, and attention to detail!

Originally from San Diego, Gabby is now residing in Southern NH. Her spare time is currently spent studying for her CA Real Estate license, expanding her knowledge of herbalism, and learning to speak Italian.

Erin Broussard

Transaction Coordinator

Beginning her career in real estate in 2009 as a top-notch short sale negotiator, Erin brings extensive industry knowledge to Brandir Services. She joined the team in 2020 as a Transaction Coordinator. From attention to detail, to thorough review and follow up; Erin delivers a high level of customer service with every interaction.

She can be found in Graham, Washington sipping coffee and exploring the outdoors with her husband and their two dogs.

Jennifer Witmondt

Transaction Coordinator

Jennifer Witmondt joined Brandir Services in 2019 as a Transaction Coordinator. Jennifer came to us with prior experience doing Idaho transactions. She learned to handle CA transaction with ease and has since added WA transactions to her repertoire as well.

In the past 5 years, Jennifer has successfully & efficiently served numerous agents and brokerages across all the three states. She is highly organized, a strong communicator, and has been told that she brings a sense of calmness to each transaction.

Jennifer is a mother of 5 and resides in San Diego, CA.

Kristina Barrett

Transaction Coordinator

Krissy Barrett is Brandir’s newest member, joining us in 2023. After becoming a mom, Krissy decided transition from Restaurant Management to become a TC as it allowed her to continue working while caring for her family. She has been an integral part of the WA TC community for four years now!

Krissy has worked as the Director of Operations for a team at Keller Williams and has gained valuable insights in the real estate world by working with multiple agents at eXp. In addition to working with the Brandir team, Krissy is an admin and TC for Oak and Stone Realty Group and an a Operations manager for an Olympia based construction company.

A rural town at the base of the Olympic National Forest is where Krissy calls home along with her husband, 2 kids, and dog.
